· Now both State and Local Level High and Very High Fire Severity Zones must be disclosed.
· The new Home Hardening and Defensible Law does not appear on the NHD Signature Page. · All Sellers of property in High and Very High Fire Severity Zones have additional property information to disclose regarding property improvements, fire safety and defensible space. · There is a new C.A.R. Form for this purpose; Home Fire Hardening Disclosure and Advisory · (C.A.R. Form HHDA). |
