Because we were selling our previous home in 2007-2008 when the economy was in decline, it took over a year to finalize a sale after dropping out of escrow twice. Jason was very diligent with his marketing, staging, open houses and advice. He always kept us updated on his efforts and of any progress that was being made. Jason also represented us in the purchase with our replacement home and made the transition as smooth as possible. We were very particular in the features, amenities, and location of the home that we were shopping for because we viewed this as our final home purchase and where we would retire to. We looked at possibly hundreds of homes for over a year before finding the home that was just right for us. Jason helped us through the whole-home inspection process, the negotiations, and the loan process. He even helped us find the contractors which we used for making upgrades to the home before we moved in.
