Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Lake Murray, San Diego, CA.
Jason rented to our next door neighbor so I decided to give him a chance to help get our house rented. Jason, knew exactly what to do and rapidly gave us the information we needed to understand and rent our home. Within a few days, he had photos taken, and all the forms filled out and the home was on the market, on the web, and a sign in front of the yard. Within a week we had applicants and the next week we had signed a rental lease with our tenants. Jason guided us through the process and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Jason is very energetic and helpful, and I recommend him for any real estate needs.
