Sold a home in 2014 in Point Loma Heights, San Diego, CA 92110.
Jason did a great job helping us sell my father’s house in Jamul after he passed away. While Jason knew the area well and found us a buyer with a good price, Jason went beyond what I would have expected from a realtor and took a personal hand with our project. He calmly listened to our needs and pointed out some things we could do on our budget to raise the price, and then went out to the property to oversee the work and make sure the repairs and upgrades were done properly. In short, Jason made a difficult family matter easy and painless. I’d work with him again if given the opportunity.
