Where do I begin? Jason Kardos is a very kind, patient man. He has been in the business a long time and has developed a loyal following. I’ve known him many years, but it wasn’t until he helped us prepare a rental property for sale, that I saw the true depth of the quality of work he performs. We aren’t flippers, so renovating an entire house was a little out of our league. Not for Jason. He was able to give us some pointers on what we should do and where we should not waste our resources and introduced us to some great tradespeople, that helped us along the way. He did a great job of marketing the property and then was a master at staying on top of the transaction, to ensure we closed on time. His communication skills are phenomenal and he is a pleasure to work with!
