Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Spring Valley, CA.
Jason was great in representing me in this sale. I was out of the area & Jason monitored the home, kept me abreast of the situation & even did some light cleanup after the tenant had vacated the home. He offered constructive suggestions on how to make the property show well. He solicited feedback from realtors who had shown the property and provided it to me in a timely manner. He is by far the best realtor I have utilized in several transactions, both buying and selling.
